The alcoholic mind is a mad mind, with nothing
beyond the bounds of possibility. It's all "real" and all
mad. The good news is – unlike other forms of mad-
ness, when you stop drinking, the symptoms vanish.
Affirmation
If I stay sober today, my reality will bring me peace.
