Reflection
We are stuck with the past, but the Greeks said we
could change it by how we choose to see it and by our
attitude toward it. But it is good to remember that
there are many things of the past we have no need to
change. It is all the memory of our ever-evolving selves,
and no matter how it may appear, every moment of the
past is sacred.
Affirmation
I know there is a pattern that runs through my life
from the beginning. Help me to see it and to accept it
even when I don't understand it.
