Reflection for February 4

A man should bever be ashamed to admit he has been
in the wrong, which is but saying, in other words,
that he is wiser today than he was yesterday.

—Alexander Pope

Reflection

My disease would love to have me declare that I am
cured of an incurable condition. Then it could get to
work on killing me, as my pride wouldn't say I was
wrong.

Affirmation

There is no right way to do wrong, and it's wrong-
headed to keep denying my disease. Today, let it all
hang out and let the sunshine in.
