Reflection
If only we could find the one person who would make
us happy forever. Then we wouldn't have to do any-
thing else but search. But we know in our hearts that
unless we have the capacity for happiness in us, it is
not going to come from some other person, place or
thing. Amazing just how often we are told that most
things in life begin and end with us. Wish there was
some secret formula or a hidden tome that would
reveal something different. But it just ain't so.

I understand that I am responsible for my own happi-
ness. It begins and ends with me.
