Reflection
It is a good idea to always try to see the humor in a sit-
uation. Sometimes it just isn't there and we just have to
look past it. As has been said: Dying is easy—comedy
is hard." Sometimes it's a matter of laughing at our-
selves. When we can laugh rather than get angry or
blame another, we have a victory. And the greatest vic-
tories are always those we win over ourselves. Of
course, if you laugh too much the men in white
coats might take you away, but still the victory is
yours. Ha, ha, ha.
Affirmation
I know that laughter is a great tranquilizer. I pray for
good humor and the ability to see myself in the folly of
others.
